Póliza de cancelación:

Garantía: por el valor recibido, el abajo firmante, de manera conjunta e individual, garantiza incondicionalmente el pago completo, rápido y completo y el cumplimiento por parte del anunciante de todas las obligaciones en virtud del acuerdo anterior, y también acepta pagar todos los montos adeudados en virtud de este Acuerdo 30 días desde el inicio  fecha de cualquier factura enviada por ESTACIONES, si el pago no se realiza dentro de este período o si el anunciante no cumple con otros términos de este acuerdo o los términos de la solicitud de crédito de la estación, el anunciante está en incumplimiento de este acuerdo y está  responsable de todos los montos adeudados y ESTACIONES adeudadas, además de todos los costos de cobro, incluidos, entre otros, los honorarios de la agencia de cobro, los costos judiciales, los intereses y los honorarios de cualquier abogado.  Las cuentas en mora como se establece anteriormente se cobrarán intereses a la tasa del 1.5% por mes.  ESTACIONES pueden hacer cumplir este acuerdo sin tener que recurrir a ningún remedio o medida que no sean los requeridos por la ley.  Las ESTACIONES no renuncian a ningún derecho que pueda tener para hacer cumplir este acuerdo o sus obligaciones.  El pago de la publicidad por radio comprada en ESTACIONES y financiada por fuentes cooperativas o de proveedores es responsabilidad exclusiva del anunciante que subscribe.  Todos los cheques devueltos por falta de pago están sujetos a una tarifa de $ 25.00 a pagar por la parte cuyo cheque fue devuelto.  Cualquier cambio a este acuerdo debe presentarse por escrito a ESTACIONES al menos (2) semanas antes del cambio propuesto.  El anunciante es responsable de todas las sumas adeudadas como resultado de cualquier cambio. Los cambios propuestos están sujetos a la aprobación de ESTACIONES.  Los acuerdos no son cancelables por el anunciante.  En el caso de que un anunciante cancele un acuerdo, el anunciante será responsable de la diferencia entre la hoja de tarifas y la tarifa spot negociada del contrato (Tarifa corta) para cualquier publicidad que se haya emitido previamente dentro de las fechas de dicho contrato.  En caso de cancelación, el anunciante también incurrirá en costos asociados con servicios en el aire, en el lugar, de producción, promoción o cualquier otro servicio que la estación de radio consideró como "Valor agregado" en el acuerdo original.  Las estaciones pueden cancelar el acuerdo con el anunciante con dos semanas de anticipación.  JVC Media LLC y las partes de este acuerdo publicitario afirman que nada en este acuerdo, ni ninguna de las acciones, beneficios y obligaciones relacionadas con él discriminan de ninguna manera por motivos de raza o género.

Cancellation Policy:

Guarantee:  For value received, the undersigned, jointly and severally, unconditionally guarantees the full, prompt and complete payment and performance by advertiser of all obligations under the foregoing Agreement, and also agrees to pay all amounts owed under this Agreement 30 days from the start date of any invoice mailed by STATIONS,  If payment is not made within this period or if the advertiser fails to comply with, any other terms of this Agreement or the terms per the Station Credit Application, the Advertiser is in default under this Agreement and is responsible for all amounts due and owing STATIONS, in addition to all collection costs, including but not limited to collection agency fees, court cost, interest and any attorney’s fees.  Accounts in default as set forth above shall be charged interest at the rate of 1.5% per month.  This Agreement is enforceable by STATIONS without having to resort to any remedies or measures other than those required by law.  The STATIONS are not waiving any rights it may have to enforce this Agreement or its obligations.  Payment for radio advertising purchased from STATIONS and funded by cooperative or vendor sources is the sole responsibility of the undersigned advertiser.  All checks returned for nonpayment are subject to a $25.00 fee to be paid by the party whose check was returned.  Any changes to this Agreement must be presented in writing to STATIONS at least (2) weeks before the proposed change.  The advertiser is responsible for all sums owing as a result of any change.  Proposed changes are subject to the approval of STATIONS.  Agreements are non-cancelable by advertiser. In the event an advertiser cancels an Agreement, Advertiser will be responsible for the difference between rate card and the negotiated contract spot rate (Short Rate) for any advertising that has previously aired within the dates of said contract. In the event of cancellation, the Advertiser will also incur costs associated with on-air, on-site, production, promotion or any other services that were deemed as “Added Value”  by the radio station in the original agreement. Stations can cancel agreement with advertiser with two weeks’ notice. JVC Media LLC and the parties to this advertising agreement affirm that nothing in this agreement, or any of the actions, benefits and obligations relating to it, discriminate in any way on the basis of race or gender.
